The Tahitian Village Property Owners
Association Board is comprised of six
volunteers from within the community
elected by the membership.
Each year three Directors are elected to
serve a two year term. The Board addresses
the property owners' concerns and enforces
the covenants and deed restrictions. The
Board works in cooperation with the
Architectural Control Committee to ensure
that guidelines are met and that property
values are maintained.
TVPOA hosts several events each year such
as “National Night Out”, Clean Sweep
quarterly events, and also produces the
Pine Post newsletter.
Membership to TVPOA is mandatory,
however no dues are required at this time.
TVPOA meetings are held the third Tuesday
of each month at 7:00pm in the Water
District Conference Room, meetings are
open to the public. The TVPOA Annual
Membership Meeting is held in February
every year.

Associations Institute. For more info see:
