The Tahitian Village Architectural
Control Committee is a committee
elected by the membership of
property owners within Tahitian
Village. Each year at the TVPOA
Annual Meeting, new members
are elected to the five member
committee. Committee members
serve for three year terms. The
ACC is responsible for overseeing
all building permits including new
homes and other permanent
structures such as fences, decks,
storage sheds, etcetera. For more

A new policy adopted by the Board on October 19th, 2009 now will
require any email to the Board requesting action or involving a complaint
contain the sender's current address and a phone number. Owners of
undeveloped property or non-residents of Tahitian Village are requested
to submit their property's legal address and a phone number.
