* Required Information

Until the developer has a buyer, has sold the property, and the new owner has
submitted an ACC application for home construction, the board requests that
only brush and small trees that are 3 inches or smaller in diameter be removed
from the property. Absolutely no pines, oaks, or hickory trees may be removed
until plans have been received by the ACC for home construction. This will help
lesson the amount of time the subdivision has a “lot in progress” look.
Along with the attached form please sign and date the attached Houston Toad
Permit and the Debris Affidavit and turn in to the TVPOA office. Once the
permit is approved the board will release a permit to be placed at the property.
Current home owners that need to remove a tree are not required to submit a
clearing permit but, are asked to contact the TVPOA office to ensure their
plans are not prohibited by the deed restrictions.
The Deed Restrictions state in Article One Section 1.06 that trees are
prohibited from being removed unless necessary for the construction of a
residence and/or necessary maintenance.
