A new policy adopted by the Board on October 20th, 2009 now will
require any email to the Board requesting action or involving a complaint
contain the sender's current address and a phone number.  Owners of
undeveloped property or non-residents of Tahitian Village are requested to
submit their property's legal address and a phone number.

Please remember the TVPOA Board meets every third Tuesday at 7:00 pm,
in the Water District Building, 106 Conference Drive, Bastrop, Texas 78602
