We will need the application filled out and signed by all parties and a copy of your drivers license. (Please enlarge and lighten the copy of drivers license if at all possible; it faxes better that way.)

We require either a $200.00 deposit or a letter of credit from previous utility (electricity, water, gas). Be sure to give the date of service connection. We also need either a copy of the rental agreement or closing statement showing you have the right to be at said property. Thanks.
